Below are our terms and conditions:
For bespoke jobs, Client will be provided with 2 – 3 artwork options with one (or a combination of the concepts) being chosen for further development. This cost then includes one round of revisions to the artwork and 2 rounds for design/text changes. Additional fees will be charged to Client for revisions made that reflect a new direction for the assignment or new conceptual input. If the work exceeds what is outlined within this quotation the Client will be charged at negotiated fee. No additional fees will be charged to bring final artwork up to original specifications.
The Client acknowledges that Santiago Sunbird is able to reuse any invitation options that do not progress past 1st stage.
Copyright of all illustration, artwork and/or design remains with Santiago Sunbird unless otherwise agreed. Santiago Sunbird retains the right to use the work for self promotion, including placement in portfolio and online with the Client’s consent and at the Clients preferred timing.
Artwork / invitation / design usage must be strictly limited to agreed purpose unless otherwise agreed with an additional fee negotiated. Please contact us if you would like to enquire about buyout fees. Santiago Sunbird will release high-resolution artwork for use of project only once final payment has been made.
Our bespoke process takes a little longer as we strive to make it perfect for you. Given that we are a super intimate team with super small people in our lives, we value giving you the time and resources you deserve. This means we allow up to 6 weeks for the creation of your artwork. Should you wish to fast track your job, we are happy to accommodate your request and have rush fees in place.
There are three timing options available 1) Great – can’t wait to see the artwork within 6 weeks 3) I’m in a bit of a hurry – I’d like to see artwork within 3 weeks (please add 15% to your bill) 2) It’s urgent – I need to see artwork within 7 working days (please add 25% to your total bill)
Cancellation fees are based on the amount of work completed. Fifty percent of the final fee is due within 7 days of notification that for any reason the job is cancelled or postponed before the final stage. If the artwork has been completed at final stage one hundred percent of the total fee is due within 7 days despite cancellation or postponement.
If Client organises their own printing, Client agrees to provide Santiago Sunbird with one sample copy of any printed material.
The work must not be modified, changed or altered in any way without prior written consent from Santiago Sunbird.
Disbursements vary for each job. Any disbursement costs (courier costs or travel expenses for example) are passed on to the client. Clients will be notified if a courier is required.
The payment of your job binds you the Client to the acknowledgement and agreement to the Terms & Conditions outlined in this document.
